  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by NV Mall. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
  • Payment: Payment must be made using the methods accepted on our website (such as UPI, cards, net banking via our payment partner, or Cash on Delivery where available). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
  • Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

5. Delivery and In-Store Purchase

  • We currently offer delivery of products to our serviceable areas. Estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout and are approximate, not guaranteed.
  • Customers who prefer to see a product before buying are welcome to visit our store in Madanapalle and purchase directly.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, size, or colour preference. Returns and refunds are available only for damaged products, and a continuous, unedited unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory to be eligible.
